Winter Solstice morning, a Sunday.

"People are like stained-glass windows.
They sparkle and shine when the sun is out,
but when the darkness sets in,
their true beauty is revealed only if there is a light from within. "

- Elizabeth Kübler-Ross

The Snow is falling, the big crystalline kind.
In this moment all is still, portending the birth of the New.
We are sitting together by our fire gazing out on the world from our living room at #205.
It’s a perfect time for reflection, a time to listen to what is emerging.
We feel so grateful to be connected to a loving playful community of family and friends.
We feel the joy of having each other to share this journey together.
Thinking of you on this shortest of days, may the special meaning of this time of year light your heart and spread love to those you touch.
As we enter 2009 with hope for transformation we sing “Yes we can!”
Sending love and warm wishes for abundant peace, joy and a few great laughs.
Allie and Newell
